MAST
IDECO model 112-358 AH mast with rated hook load capacity of 343,000 lbs. with 8 lines, and 358,000 lbs. with 10 lines. Raised and scoped hydraulically with 2 each of 3-stage hydraulic rams. 1 * 42", 5 * 30" sheave crown block, double drill pipe and tubing board, 4" stand pipe. CARRIER
Drawworks with Single drum Lebus grooved for 1 1/18" drilling wireline, Cathead, two 475 HP GM 12V71 engines equipped with seperate torque converters and Allison Transmission CBLT-5860. Prime mover, transmission, and air compressor are mounted the IDECO BIR 7515 Carrier with triple front and triple rear axles. Auxiliary components mounted on carrier: hydraulic reservoir, fuel tank, four hydraulic leveling jacks, Braden PD 12A hydraulic winch, folding walkways, stair, safety rails
SUBSTRUCTURE
Main + three additional substructures. Suitable for one Annular and one Double Ram type BOP. Stack up type 360,000lbs on Rotary Beams and 250,000lbs setback. Floor height with additional substructure above ground level is 4.75m
POWERED PUMPS
Two National 7-P-50 triplex pumps with Hydril Pulsation Dampeners. Rated 500HP at 165spm. Stroke length: 7 3/4", maximum pressure rating: 5000psi. Liners 3 1/2" (160gpm) - 6 1/4" (510gpm). Powered by 475 HP GM 12V-71 Detroit Diesel Engines.
MUD SYSTEM
Four mud tanks with 300 bbls capacity each. First tank equipped with SWACO degasser, seperate poorboy, BRANDT desander, SWACO desilter, agitator, and HUTCHISON double deck shale shaker. Second tank equipped with two agitators and two hoppers. Two MISSION centrifugal mud pumps 5"*6" each powered by 75 HP GM 3V-71 Detroit Diesel Engine.
