Refii Samim Berent / Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Refii Samim Berent serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Polmak Sondaj Sanayii A.S. and its' sister companies Polmak Makine Imalat A.S., and Polmak Gida Sanayii A.S., which together comprise Polmak Group. Mr. Berent began his career at Polmak Makine Imalat A.S. in 1968 and subsequently founded Polmak Sondaj Sanayii A.S. in 1977, and Polmak Gida Sanayii A.S. in 1983. Mr. Berent attained his BS in Civil Engineering and Masters of Engineering at Cornell University, USA. Mr. Berent was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1944 where he attended high school at Roberts College Academy. Mr. Berent is fluent in English and speaks some German and Swedish.

Mehmet Kulaksizoğlu / Head of Drilling Operations
Mr. Mehmet Kulaksizoglu serves as the Head of Drilling Operations at Polmak Sondaj Sanayii A.S. since 2007. Throughout a long and successfull career, Mr. Kulaksizoglu has overseen a vast number of Petroleum and Geothermal drilling operations in Turkey, and overseas, including numerous pioneering directional drilling operations. Mr. Kulaksizoglu has served as a Board Member at KazakhTurkMunai Ltd. and Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC), and Director of Drilling Operations in the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO). Mr. Kulaksizoglu started his career at the Batman office of the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) where he had also served as Drilling Engineer, Head Drilling Engineer, and Vice Director of Drilling. Mr. Kulaksizoglu is a graduate of the Istanbul Technical University where he attained an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering in 1970.

Prof. Dr. Bülent Coşkun / Head of Exploration
Prof. Dr. Bülent Coşkun is a Senior Petroleum Geologist and serves as the Head of Exploration at Polmak Sondaj. Mr. Coşkun has worked as a Senior Petroleum Geologist at TPAO (Turkish National Petroleum Company), SUNATRACH (National Oil and Gas Company of Algeria), and HUFFCO (Roy Huffington Inc., American Oil Company) before joining Polmak Sondaj. Mr. Coşkun's academic career includes professorships in Geological Engineering at Ankara University, and Middle East Technical University, Ankara. Mr. Coşkun received his BS in Geology at the Geological Department of Lille University, France, and his MS in the French Petroleum Institute (IFP) in Paris France, before continuing his education at the Geological Engineering Department of Ankara University attaining his Phd. and Prof. Mr. Coşkun is fluent in English and French, and speaks some Russian.

Mr. Çetin Hangül serves as Head of Business Development & Procurement at Polmak Sondaj Sanayii A.S. Mr. Hangül has acquired vast amounts of experience during a lon career in Drilling & International procurement. Mr. Hangül has worked as Petroleum Engineer at various sections of Shell Diyarbakir and Genel Energy-Iraq. He has also worked as Supply Officer at the United Nations in missions of the Oil for Food Program (of Iraq), and IPD help of Russia (in Moscow). Mr. Hangul is fluent in English and is a graduate of Ohio University.
